You would report into the Senior Manager, Business Operations and support the Merchandising and Marketing teams with the creation and implementation of important tools. You will oversee project management, execution, and oversight tasks related to the planning and delivery of product imagery and copy.
About the Job
  • You will develop project calendars and follow deadlines
  • Report on project status, lead meetings with cross-functional partners, and creating supporting documentation
  • Support in other areas, such as booking meetings and analyzing data.
  • Initiate and manage seasonal image briefs from regional stakeholders, project deadlines, and asset deliverables.
  • Coordinate delivery of assets to end-users and systems.
  • Partner with 3rd party photography and post-production studio.
  • Track sample availability and align with photo studio (i.e., create shot lists) and post-production capacity.
  • Primary contact for visual assets inquiries and ad hoc needs.
  • Resolve issues, such as missing/late samples, incorrect imagery, etc.
  • Field and address questions from end-users to appropriate parties.
  • Manage contractor support on occasion.
  • Oversee asset delivery to digital showroom platform.
  • Manage swatch books and arrange delivery to sales team.
  • Populate copy template and maintain database of historical copy.
  • Coordinate copy delivery to end-users and systems.
  • Be an information conduit between Merchant and Marketing teams.
About You
  • Two years of project management experience within an in-house team or agency.
  • Knowledge of the apparel or wholesale goods preferred.
  • Experience with photography and visual asset creation.
  • Pick up new technologies quickly with desire to further develop skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with the following programs:
    • MS Excel - v-look-up, pivot tables and data analysis.
    • Microsoft suite.
    • Miro / ClickUp / other PM software
    • Adobe DAM or other File Storing / Hosting services
  • Run projects, connect dots, and plan early to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Able and willing to ask questions, dig deeper, and push back on partners to find answers or new solutions.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $57,500- $90,500. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
