Communication & Marketing Officer (m/f) [Luxembourg]

 

Cebi International S.A., the mother company of the group based in the same premises as Cebi Luxembourg S.A., is looking for a Communication and Marketing Officer to implement internal and external communication strategies that promote Cebi's goals, vision, and products and ensure that the organization's messages are conveyed accurately and effectively.

Your mission:

• Create and deliver engaging content for various communication channels, including social media, website, newsletters, and press releases.

• Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand, and coordinate events as required.
• Contribute to promote products through SEO, landing pages
• Contribute to internal events organization such as fund raising, employees on-boarding etc.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside the organization (animation of the communication community, etc.)
• Follow up the plants social & environmental action plan and contribute to promote our CSR commitments
• Manage marketing materials: ordering of goodies, creation of promotional ads
• Ensure that all marketing and communications material align with the brand’s standards
• Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels and provide guidance to internal stakeholders on communication best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging communication trends and technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences

• Experience with digital marketing and communications tools including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content management systems.
• Knowledge of publishing software (InDesign/Canvas) and videos
• Knowledge of Drupal is an advantage
• Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in French and English
• Creative mindset
• Willingness to work in a multicultural environment

• Languages: French and English

Starting date: 01.09.2023

A work permit is required for non-European Union Nationals.
