Job Description


As a HRBP Manager you will provide HR generalist support to North EMEA countries to improve the full employee life cycle including but not limited to efficiency and productivity in areas such as; employee relations, inclusivity, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a true HR Business Partner working with the Northern Cluster
  • Provide day-to-day support to all levels of the organization to elevate the employee experience and support the business strategy through HR activities
  • Provide business partner expertise to individuals seeking resolution to all HR matters that arise including but not limited to compliance, performance management, and policies, working closely (as appropriate) with the global HR team
  • Ensure the appropriate handling of employee relations issues
  • Share recommendations with HR Regional Director EMEA Partner for resolution
  • Foster and promote a culture that embodies diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety through fair and consistent management practices
  • Identify and share insights regarding opportunities and themes in the business to proactively drive an inclusive environment
  • Partner with Local Partner leaders and the Regional HR Director to create policies and procedures that best support the people and the business
  • Proactively assess employee development needs, make recommendations and implement sound solutions
  • Strategically manage careers, in partnership with leaders on an individual basis by building development plans, defining training opportunities, and assisting with the merit process for personal and professional growth
  • Provide successful career coaching in order to drive high performance
  • Proactively review processes and share recommendations and solutions
  • Partner with Local Partner leaders and the Regional HR Director as needed on work process changes and change management associated with org design/redesign initiatives
  • Special projects and miscellaneous duties, as needed

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as HRBP preferably in innovative and agile global organizations
  • You have a good experience supporting other European countries, knowledge of the legal framework and challenges in your primary location, and ideally other European locations
  • First experience in management
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail, follow up and follow through
  • Curious leaner with proven track record of impacting change and influencing leaders
  • Team orientation with the ability to establish credibility with internal/external partners
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience dealing with ambiguity and developing trusting relationships with employees
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues and work with works councils
  • Model ethical behavior
