Supervisor: High Risk Production
We are looking for a Supervisor for the High-Risk production area of our cooked meats factory. Please do not apply unless you have relevant experience. Rate of pay will be dependent on experience.
We are looking for:
- an individual with experience working within the cooked meats industry and ideally experience in a supervisory role.
- a self motivated individual who is able to mentor staff in a positive and productive manner.
- an individual with good communication skills and the ability to plan and administer effectively.
- an individual with experience of risk assessment, certification in Food Hygiene, e.g., HACCP and experience of the requirements for BRCGS accreditation.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the achievement of daily production targets including allocating work tasks.
- Assisting with day-to-day production of cooked meats.
- Timely and accurate completion of work tasks and completion of hygiene/ quality documentation, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
- Safety and hygiene checks.
- Effective problem solving.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
