Corinthia Hotel Prague is looking for a candidate for the position of Concierge. The Concierge is responsible for perfect service to a guest according to his requirements and company standards.

Náplň práce:

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Carries out paying or free of charge services and information for guests

• Arranges timely faxing and mailing for hotel guests

• Sells postage stamps, postcards, tram and tube tickets, newspapers and magazines

• Copies guests' materials

• Arranges for car hire, reservation and reconfirmation of air tickets

• Provides unpaid services requiring cooperation with other departments, eg. booking of places in restaurant, gives priority to outlets of Corinthia hotel Prague

• Gives information about memorable sights of Prague, best places to eat, transport, opening hours, telephones numbers, etc.

• Arranges accommodation outside Prague and outside Czech Republic

• Provides first aid, services connected with washing and dry cleaning of guests clothes, sells tickets for cultural events organize by Ticket Pro, sends objects left behind by guests to their owners, contacts the police and the bank in case of theft suffered by the guest.

Požadujeme:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• High school, in hospitality environment - advantage

• Fluent in written & spoken English and another language is advantage (German, French, Spanish, Russian)

• Very good communication skills and pro-client approach

• Knowledge of life and institutions in Prague – culture, sports activities, traffic, historic sight

• Ability to work independently with pro-active and business driven approach.

• Knowledge of Opera or Fidelio is advantage

• Organization skills

• Self-control and positive attitude

• Flexibility
