Working as a Production Assistant at Scanline VFX, no two days are the same. In this entry-level role, you will provide administrative and general support to the production team to help them navigate a fast-paced and fast-shifting environment.
You must be located in Seoul.
스캔라인 VFX에서의 프로덕션 어시스턴트 업무는 다양합니다. 이 입문 단계의 역할은, 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 문제없이 일을 할 수 있게끔 프로덕션 팀에 관리 및 일반적인 지원을 제공합니다.
이 일은 서울에 거주해야 합니다.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists and supports the Producer, Production Manager, and Production Coordinators in day-to-day activities, general production errands, and tasks on assigned projects.
- Maintains crew lists in Shotgrid, helps update & maintain show email aliases
- Acts as an assistant to the VFX Coordinator to help follow up on items after dailies
- Shadow/ Support VFX Coordinators on artist rounds and serves as a backup point of contact for artist
- Creates, updates and maintains VFX show calendar including dailies, meetings, etc.
- Notifies crew of dailies time and location
- Note taking in meetings, and learns to input into appropriate communication chanels (shogrod/ confluence)
- Helps setup client calls, and input client notes
- Helps those who need translation
프로듀서, 프로덕션 매니저, 프로덕션 코디네이터의 일상적인 업무, 일반적인 프로덕션 심부름 및 할당된 프로젝트의 작업을 지원하고 작업- Shotgrid에서 직원 명단을 유지/관리하고, 프로젝트 이메일 그룹을 업데이트 및 유지 관리하는데 도움
- VFX 코디네이터의 어시스턴트 역할을 하며 데일리 이후 항목에 대한 후속 조치를 도움
- 아티스트 라운드를 돌 때 VFX 코디네이터에게 배우고 지원하며, 아티스트의 백업 연락을 지원
- 일간, 회의 등을 포함한 VFX 프로젝트 캘린더를 생성, 업데이트 및 유지/관리
- 맡은 팀에게 데일리 미팅 시간과 장소를 알려줌
- 회의에서 메모하고 적절한 커뮤니케이션 채널(Shotgrid/Confluence)에 입력하는 방법을 배움
- 클라이언트 미팅과 클라이언트에서 온 노트를 정리하고 지원함
- 번역/통역이 필요한 아티스트에게 도움을 줌
