Main duties

  • Monitor operational infrastructure – you will leverage standard tools and processes to respond and resolve incidents and requests in a timely manner meeting agreed SLA
  • Identify problems and errors – you will proactively identify problems and errors before they impact a client’s service. They log all such incidents in a timely manner with the required level of detail
  • Incident management – you will take responsibility receiving calls and incidents at the network, unified communication and security services desk. They assist in the analysis and resolution or assignment of a ticket
  • Knowledge management – you will actively apply knowledge articles for routine activities. Actively contributes in creating and updating knowledge articles, generate and maintain operational process and training documentation
  • Quality Management – you will audit and analyze incident and request tickets for quality and recommends improvements with updates to knowledge articles
  • Communication – you will effective and prompt communicate with clients and internal staff/management

Education/Experience/Skills

  • The candidate must be native from a NATO country and hold a valid NATO Secret Clearance.
  • We are looking for network and security engineers responding to these main criteria:
    • At least 2 years of field experience in the networking and security area with solutions like Cisco networking, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto or Symantec Blue coat.
    • Knowledge on corporate iPhone deployment and MDM solutions is a great asset
    • Knowledge of monitoring solutions as Nagios, SolarWinds is recommended
    • Knowledge in Video conferencing solutions is an asset
  • Diploma, degree or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience ·
  • 2 years of experience in the field
  • English is mandatory. French is good asset
  • IT certifications are a great asset
