Since 1854, the innovation and creativity of Louis Vuitton’s expert craftsmanship has been passed from generation to generation. Louis Vuitton U.S. Manufacturing (LVUSM) is a part of this rich history and tradition, and proudly operates workshops in California and Texas.

For our California workshop in San Dimas, we are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to be a member of the AP Team of LVUSM and to help ensure the accuracy and integrity of our accounts payable records for our multiple sites.

This position will report to the Accounting Manager and here are some of the key responsibilities that they will have:

  • Responsible for the daily processing of international based supplier invoices utilizing a large-scale ERP software, e.g., SAP.
  • Follows up on supplier inquiries to resolve discrepancies in billings and payments.
  • Works to confirm receipt of goods and pricing discrepancies.
  • Ensures invoices are paid within established payment terms
  • Ensures proper validation on all payable invoices, are in accordance with company policy and procedures.

Note: this position deals with high volume processing, a successful candidate must be able to process 200-250 invoices per week with accuracy.

PROFIL

Requirements:

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of accounts payable experience OR additional specialized training and/or certification
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Strong Computer Skills (MS Office programs, Excel, in particular)
  • JDE / SAP knowledge
  • Attention to detail and accuracy and in conformance to policies & procedures
  • Capacity to work autonomously and results oriented
  • Bilingual: English / Spanish and/or English / French would be a plus


SALARY: The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD$25 - $28 hourly, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
