Responsibilities
- Conducting a comprehensive Discovery process to evaluate opportunities for automation and AI implementation. Document the existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and define the desired target state.
- Recommending the most suitable automation and AI technologies for the target state.
- Identifying critical dependencies to other projects and evaluating necessary changes to applications and processes for seamless integration of automation and AI solutions.
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders throughout the process to ensure their requirements are met and obtaining their valuable sign-off on the proposed solutions.
- Preparing comprehensive decision materials related to automation and AI initiatives and presenting them to business stakeholders, providing them with the insights they need to make informed choices.
- Providing insights and education to the business on the benefits and implications of adopting automation and AI solutions.
We Require
- A minimum of three years experience in identifying and analyzing automation potential, as well as managing processes.
- Knowledgeable in RPA, AI, OCR, BPM tools, and low-code development.
- BPMN 2.0 and/or UML.
- General understanding of enterprise automation technologies and best-practices.
- Demonstrate excellent facilitation and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent English.
- Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
