Job Description
- Handle sourcing of quotations.
- Attend to phone and email enquiries.
- Check the data of the policy documents.
- Claims and policy endorsements.
- Update and maintain records
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates who possess certificates in general insurance will have an added advantage.
