Job Description:


  • Take care of important documents of the company
  • Keep in touch with internal and external parties, making appointments.
  • Answer the phone, type the work, and file the documents for the management to sign for approval.
  • prepare a meeting and facilities
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings.
  • Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree – Master’s degree in any field
  • At least 3 years of experience in secretarial work
  • Good use of computer programs
  • Possesses good communication skills, attention to detail and good at problem solving
  • Can handle pressure very well
