Job Description:
- Take care of important documents of the company
- Keep in touch with internal and external parties, making appointments.
- Answer the phone, type the work, and file the documents for the management to sign for approval.
- prepare a meeting and facilities
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings.

Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree – Master’s degree in any field
- At least 3 years of experience in secretarial work
- Good use of computer programs
- Possesses good communication skills, attention to detail and good at problem solving
- Can handle pressure very well
