Customer Service Manager


 

814 Lanes and Games seeks a qualified customer service manager to help 814 Johnstown operate on a daily basis. This full time position can have evolving responsibilities but will include opening and closing the facility, managing the team members and registers and resolving customer complaints and any issues. Qualified applicants would have open availability and expect to work nights and weekends with previous management experience in a customer-facing environment. Other responsibilities and pay will be based on experience.
