PartnerNet Account Manager [Greece]


 

We’re looking for an inspirational Account Manager, to join our high qualified team. As an Account Manager, your primary focus is aimed at building and maintaining an active Channel which should provide sustained sales growth, of PartnerNETs distribution portfolio. Collaborate with partnerNETs partner ecosystem in the area of responsibility, to identify, develop, accelerate, up-sell and close product and solutions.

The candidate will need to be able to work as part of a team yet maintaining their autonomy and being able to self-manage priorities and day-to-day actions to achieve expected results. Expertise in ICT Infrastructure and Security solutions is important.


The right candidate will have the following responsibilities:


  • Establishes PartnerNETs Distribution strategy in the area of responsibility
  • Develop and manage the network of existing partners based on regular reviews and core follow-up activities, as well as resolution of complex issues, occasionally taking a lead role in resolving the most challenging issues.
  • On board new Partners/Resellers according to PartnerNETs growth plan.
  • Identifies, develops and wins net new prospect opportunities through outbound sales activities for/ with the Partners/Resellers of PartnerNET in the area of responsibility
  • Educate and support the Partners/resellers around the product and solutions that PartnerNET distributes
  • Develop sales plans together with his Partners/Resellers and help them achieve them
  • Meet personal targets and sales plan agreed with management
  • Understanding of partner economics, business models and motivations for customer success
  • Be willing and able to learn new technologies and obtain certifications
  • Be able to manage multiple projects independently



Requirements

  • BA/MA in related or business field
  • 3+ years related field experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek & English)
