At DEMO SA, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities, we are currently looking for an ambitious Utilities Supervisor to join our Technical Department team. This position is based in Athens and reports to the Maintenance and General Supplies Manager.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring effectiveness of technicians in utility systems operation (boilers, air compressors, water treatment and HVAC equipment).
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance of utility systems.
- Identifying and troubleshooting issues with utility systems and equipment – availability to support our production site 24/7.
- Maintaining and repairing plumbing systems, including pipe fitting and installation
- Handling electrical components of utility systems, such as wiring and control systems
- Safely handling utilities-related chemicals and materials
- Assisting other internal and external technicians in safely and efficiently performing their duties

Requirements
- BSc or technical diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a role that manages utility systems and their components, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage people effectively is essential
- Good knowledge of English
- Ability to handle pressure, resilience
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
