Responsibilities
- Responsible for bookkeeping procedures and general administrative/ad hoc tasks
- Manage the Accounts Payable cycle:
- Process invoices & expense reports
- Liaise with vendors
- Record entries into Quickbooks
- Reconcile all asset and liability accounts
- Review monthly borrower billing statements
- Assist with tax filings, quarterly debt compliance reports, and ad hoc requests (SEC compliance related requests, renewing CA lender license)
- Other ad hoc request to maintain data accuracy/integrity
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience
- Experience in Private Equity/Hedge Funds or Real Estate a plus
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and internal controls
- Proficient with QuickBooks and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while adhering to deadlines
- Strong work ethic and team player attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred but not required
- Must be amenable to report onsite - Ortigas

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
