- Managing quotations, orders, credits, collections
- Ensuring that all telephone calls are answered efficiently within departmental procedures
- Implementing improvements through Lean tooling
- Log any customer complaints received according to company procedure

Our GBS Center in Łódź, where we centralize our transactional processes. We bring together supporting roles within HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Supply Chain and other, enabling you to have a career in an international, cross functional environment. Your future colleagues speak 25+ languages and represent 15+ different nationalities, supporting our operations in 50 countries on a daily basis.
SRC CS Team supports Hospitals and Distributors within UK&I.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- High level of English - confident in speaking and writing
- Able to work under pressure and Looking for solutions, not issues
- A Team Player, with positive attitude
- Knowledge of SAP and Excel would be beneficial, but not necessary
- Good communication skills
