As an Intern in our Talent Acquisition team, you'll gain hands-on experience in the fascinating world of recruitment, collaborating with colleagues across multiple countries within Europe , with focus on DACH region (German speaking countries). You will learn the ins and outs of the recruitment process, from sourcing to interviewing and assist in creating innovative strategies to engage potential candidates.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Establish the recruitment sources and perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using internal databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media and employee referrals
  • Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection
  • Represent the company at job fairs
  • Keep in touch with cross-business HR contacts
  • Manage recruitment administrative tasks: fill in recruitment related data in HR systems and files, update candidate statuses in our Applicant Tracking System, etc.
  • Post jobs, source and screen CVs, schedule interviews, deliver feedbacks to candidates.

Who You Are:

You understand the importance and interdependence of internal customer relationships. You convert ideas into actions and produce results with new initiative. You take ownership of mistakes and can learn from the experience.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in HR management, or a related field
  • Passion for HR and Talent Acquisition
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills with a high work standards and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken)
