About the role


We currently have an opportunity for in our Naas office for an intern to join our Global ICT Team until the end of 2023 deploying Loftware Spectrum globally.


The role will be supporting the Regulatory and Integrated Operations ICT Teams, working on label template rationalisation, liaising with stakeholders, and tracking key project milestones. The core systems the role will be expected to work with are SAP ECC, Microsoft Office (excel) and Loftware Label Design.


The role will be within the ICT Regulatory function. As a function, ICT Regulatory have a global remit supporting and enabling the Regulatory business, and partnering teams, through system enhancements.

Key responsibilities


This role is primarily functional, with some technical touchpoints. Primary responsibility will be within the ICT Regulatory team supporting solutions within, but not limited to;


  • Work with our key business stakeholders globally to gather and prioritise system enhancements for Finished Goods labelling.
  • Translate business requirements into a suitable functional design, that can be implemented by a separate technical team.
  • Liaise with both business and technical team to bring new system enhancements through various test cycles, ultimately to be deployed in our live environments.
  • Printing Loftware LPS labels and Loftware Spectrum labels and comparing the outputs
  • Noting differences in the labels e.g., font, tracking the difference and highlighting to project stakeholders
  • Retesting any fixes applied by Loftware as part of the project deployment
  • Helping all regions to track their testing via Excel
  • Testing bug fixes as part of Spectrum rollout
  • Weekly status reports on label validation progress
  • Run User acceptance testing scripts and testing scenarios
  • Compile testing data for end users as part of validations
  • Testing SAP integration with Loftware
  • Test PDF printing matches physical printouts.

Qualifications and skills


As a team player with strong inter-personal and communication skills both in a project environment and with business stakeholders you will be proficient in excel, have document writing skills including functional specifications and business process design documents, strong analytical and problem solving skills and be well organised with a proven track record meeting challenging deadlines.
