As the Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving and executing the online sales acquisition strategy for our organization. You will lead the efforts to generate new leads, convert them into paying customers, and achieve revenue targets through various digital channels. You will be a key player in our e-commerce team, working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer service to optimize the customer journey and maximize online sales growth. This role is also focused on developing our brand building and B2B initiatives via digital & OOH. Your field of responsibility will cover the following tasks:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive online sales acquisition strategy to drive revenue growth through digital channels such as the company website, e-commerce platforms, and other online sales channels.
  • Create and execute effective digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media advertising, affiliates and other online marketing initiatives to generate leads and convert them into customers.
  • Optimize the customer journey and user experience on our website and other online sales channels, including improving website design, navigation, and performance to maximize conversion rates in line with amplified marketing messages.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and revenue to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and persuasive online sales content, including product descriptions, landing pages, email campaigns, and other promotional materials, to effectively communicate the value proposition and drive sales.
  • Identify and evaluate new online sales opportunities, including partnerships with online influencers, affiliates, and other strategic partners, to expand our online presence and reach new customer segments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve online sales acquisition strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction for online sales transactions.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of successfully driving online sales and revenue growth through digital channels, with at least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including paid search, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize online sales performance.
  • Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling online sales content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online sales tools, and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the company's industry, products, and target market is preferred.
