As a Materials Specialist, you will be at the forefront of developing new PU materials and products for flotation mixing mechanism parts. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, support product development, execute practical testing, and provide technical advisory on material products to our Product Managers. Your efforts will contribute to the enhancement of our industry-leading solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative PU materials and products for flotation mixing mechanism parts.
Provide support for flotation applications and customers through the use of different materials.
Analyze and document material margins for strategic product development.
Collaborate in pneumatic flotation material selection development.
Execute Life Cycle Assessment within your responsibility area.
Support product development and life cycle decisions in your area.
Contribute to continuous product improvement initiatives.
Manage material and product documentation effectively.
Understand flotation systems, customer maintenance strategies, and spare parts business.

To succeed, you will need:
B.Sc. in Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. M.Sc. or M.Eng. preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in polymer manufacturing processes.
Previous experience in research and development is a plus.
Professional proficiency in English.
