We are now looking for a Director, Global Pricing and Analytics to lead our Global Pricing Excellence team supporting aftermarket business across multiple Metso business areas.
The Global Pricing and Analytics team is responsible for price management and communication of list prices and price agreements and controlling price usage. They also develop and maintain data and analytics, including market price analytics. Other important tasks are leading and facilitating pricing discussions between product groups and market areas as well as developing pricing processes, governance, and related tools. The Global Pricing and Analytics team plays an important role at Metso supporting pricing strategy creation and implementation in different business areas.
As Director, you will be responsible for:
Leading global pricing team and developing needed competence
Challenging and supporting pricing managers, product groups, and market areas in price setting
Pricing governance of list prices and price agreements
Developing pricing framework, process, tools, and analytics in collaboration with product groups and market areas
Contribute to Metso’s pricing strategy
To succeed you will need:
Master’s degree in a relevant field
You have good business acumen, and you have experience in successfully leading and developing global pricing in a complex b-to-b environment
You have excellent change management and communication skills
Ability to lead and develop operative teams and strategic initiatives
You are collaborative and proactive with a high-ambition mindset
Relevant technical and process understanding, e.g., related to SAP or pricing tools
